IN-HOME CONSULTATION

Your in-home consultation will be comprehensive and guided by your vision. We aim to offer to you with professional, honest and helpful advice, to help you plan your stunning new bathroom renovation.We will run you through a series of questions that tackle each aspect of a bathroom renovation. This is your chance to lay out any photos, pictures from magazines, and especially your ideas and requirements.Following this, we need to measure up your existing bathroom dimensions so that we know within which parameters we are working.We will also provide you with a vast array of images and photos of bathrooms we have completed for other clients. You can view these now on LATEST PROJECTS. From here we can together discuss pros and cons, options and layouts, whilst identifying any potential challenges or opportunities.

 

QUOTATION

Within 7 days we will provide you with a written detailed quotation for your proposed renovation works.

 

QUOTATION ACCEPTANCE

Once the quotation is accepted, we will provide a contract for the proposed works to be signed.

 

DESIGN PHASE

Our professional design team will commence working on creating your ultimate bathroom. They will cover all the different elements of your new bathroom with you. Lay-out, joinery detailing, fittings, tiles, ceiling spot lights and LED strip lighting, paint.

 

PRODUCT SELECTION

Our professional design team will guide you through the process of selecting products. We work together to find the perfect products to bring your dream bathroom to reality.

 

BUILDING INSPECTION

Once plans have been finalised, the construction team will have an on-site meeting to go over all the works with you. Any technical questions you may have we can discuss, and we will have the opportunity to point out the finer details of the construction process.

 

PRE-DEMOLITION

Our team will carefully prepare your home for the renovation process.

 

DEMOLITION

This part is quite simple, we will strip out the space back to a clean slate.

 

1ST FIX OF SERVICES

Our fully qualified highly experienced plumbers and electricians will relocate services to accommodate the proposed bathroom design.

 

CARPENTRY PREPARATORY WORKS

Our carpentry team will carry out works to prepare the room for the finishing touches.

 

WATERPROOFING (Only  applies if you are getting a wet room installed)

Our water proofer will apply our 10 year guaranteed waterproofing membrane.

 

TILING

Tiling, where it all starts to come together. Our meticulous tilers will carefully lay the tiles to perfection!

 

CABINETRY

The cabinetry is fitted to the bathroom our specialist cabinet makers.

 

CAULKING

The final touch after the tiles is to silicone the edges of the bathroom.

 

FIT-OFF

Our carpentry team, Plumbers & Electricians will return to install your selected products.

 

SHOWER SCREEN

Our team will install your shower screen so that it is a perfect fit!

 

CLEAN

Our professional cleaning team will clean your bathroom spotless, and ready for you to enjoy!
